The Second Routine or Cannon Fist

The second routine is taught once the first routine has been sufficiently mastered. In particular you must be able to relax otherwise this form can be damaging to the internal organs. Cannon Fist utilises "shaking" power - although it can also be done softly and in a similar fashion to the first routine. This routine has more overt power and combat applications and even more spiralling than the first form.

Once this form is mastered you should see a considerable improvement in your first form practise.
